- Ensuring they have appropriate clothing and equipment for the chosen activities.

6. Safety and Risk Acknowledgment
Eco-tourism and volcanic exploration inherently involve certain risks, including but not limited to uneven terrain, changing weather, and potential volcanic activity. While Geyser Grid takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our participants, we cannot guarantee absolute freedom from risk. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our online platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Geyser Grid or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Geyser Grid, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Geyser Grid and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of our services, by you or any person using your account and password; b) a breach of these Terms, or c) Content posted on the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
